District Judge Kevin Mullins was shot and killed in his courthouse chambers by longtime friend Sheriff Shawn Stines. Surveillance footage shows a heated exchange before Stines allegedly opened fire. The motive is under investigation, possibly linked to a sex scandal. Stines faces murder charges.
