Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Tuesday told a special UN Security Council session that Russia "can only be forced into peace", claiming that Moscow is insincere in its calls for dialogue and denouncing Iran and North Korea as “accomplices” in Russia's war on Ukraine.
