A manhunt for Joseph Couch, who allegedly shot at cars on Kentucky’s Interstate 75, ended when a couple found a decomposing body believed to be his. Couch had injured five people and evaded authorities for nearly two weeks in the Daniel Boone National Forest. An autopsy will confirm the identity.
